Talk Visual Ltd (Talk Visual) gives clients convenient, easy and secure shopping. Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using a secure online credit card transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment.
Ordering
Any contract for the supply of Talk Visual Services from this Website is between you and Talk Visual Limited. You agree to take particular care when providing us with your details and warrant that these details are accurate and complete at the time of ordering. You also warrant that the credit or debit card details that you provide are your own credit or debit card and that you have sufficient funds to make the payment.

All prices are correct at the time of publication; however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason, anytime, without notice.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are exclusive of GST (being tax levied in accordance with the Goods and Services Tax Act 1985 and includes tax levied in substitution for such tax).
The total price for Talk Visual Services ordered will be displayed on the Website when you place your order. Full payment must be made before POLi, or Bank Transfer will bring into service the Talk Visual Service/s ordered.

This service is delivered as a PDF to the email address you supplied in your order.

Cancellations
You must notify us immediately if you decide to cancel your order, preferably by email at hello@talkvisual.co.nz and quote your order number. The time limit for notification of cancellation is 24 hours from the day you ordered and paid for the Services unless you have requested us to commence the Services before the expiry of this period. In this case, the cancellation period expires when we begin providing the Services to you.
Once we have heard from you that you wish to cancel your order within the stipulated time period, we will refund you in full. This refund will be processed within 14 days from the time that you notify us of your intention to cancel.
